Evolving one of the most iconic brands in entertainment history is no small feat. We began by adjusting the logo, updating the feather colors to match the Peacock logo for stronger brand connection, then tweaking the spacing and typography for optimal legibility. This update was rippled out ubiquitously throughout the NBC Universal brand, even seen on the coverage of the Olympics.

Broad swaths of multicolor gradients paired with the feather shape became the cornerstone of the visual identity, creating a vibrant ecosystem for content to be highlighted in a variety of ways, across innumerable use cases.

The final design system is a highly variable, yet cohesive brand identity that celebrates NBC's unique legacy while confidently pushing it into the future.
